HAND LOOMED IKAT

Our ikat fabric is hand loomed in rural India by artisan weavers without the aid of electricity. Yarns are bundled, wrapped, and tie-dyed before being set on a loom. Weavers then weave the yarns into fabric using pedals, shuttles, and manpower.

Ikat takes incredible planning to create the desired design and spacing of this iconic print.
