HAND SCREEN PRINTED

We collaborate with a family of 7th generation master printers in Bagru, India to create our screen printed fabric. Artisans use screens, frames, and dye to transfer print designs onto fabric.

Screens are used instead of blocks for larger prints or prints that are prone to inconsistencies. Nature plays an important role in the process, from mineral rich water and the sun’s rays to plants and the earth, all used in various stages of printing.
