HAND SCREEN PRINTED

We collaborate with a family of 7th generation master printers in Bagru, India to create our screen printed fabric. Artisans use screens, frames, and dye to transfer print designs onto fabric.

Screens are used instead of blocks for larger prints or prints that are prone to inconsistencies. Nature plays an important role in the process, from mineral rich water and the sun’s rays to plants and the earth, all used in various stages of printing.

Hand wash in cold water with pH neutral detergent and air dry. Warm iron if needed, or dry clean petroleum solvent only. Any other solvent may react with the print and cause color changes.
