SHIPPING
We ship to all US States and offer free shipping using either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Upgraded shipping is possible and you will see quotations at checkout for faster options.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2 business days. Occasionally, this time is longer due to inventory fluctuations, weather issues and high volume events. Need your order fast for your vacation or big event? Send us a note and we will do all we can to expedite, and will quote current packing times. Please note the upgraded shipping times quoted at checkout do not include time to pack your order. On occasion, orders will partial ship due to inventory levels. In this case, you will receive a new tracking number once the remainder of your order ships.
Can I edit my shipping address after placing an order or exchange?
You can! Please email info@shopmirth.com to edit your address. We are only able to edit the address if the order has not yet shipped.
I’m in Houston and need my order stat! Can you help?
Yes! We partner with Shipsi to offer same day delivery with minimal cost. You will see this option at checkout if available (M-F only) with a price quoted for the service. Shipsi terms of service can be found here.
How do preorders work?
Items marked "pre-oder" will ship once available. The estimated ship date is noted on the product page. Payment is taken when the order is placed, and the order will ship at a future date. You will receive an email notification once pre-order items have shipped. Occasionally pre-ordered items take longer to ship than anticipated. We are happy to cancel your pre-order and issue a refund if you prefer not to wait.
Where’s my package?
Should you have questions about the whereabouts of your package, always check with the shipping carrier and track using the tracking number. Once the order has changed hands to the shipping carrier, we have no control of the package. We find that "lost" packages usually turn up within 48 hours, so we ask you to wait before taking action. If the package is still not found, we are happy to file a claim for you with the carrier.
FULFILLMENT
Occasionally we are not able to fulfill an order due to inventory fluctuation. If we cannot supply you with the Products that you have ordered, we will cancel your order and inform you of this as soon as possible and issue a full refund for that Product and any shipping pre-paid to us. When you place an order to purchase a Product from us, your order represents an offer to us to purchase that Product, which we may choose to accept or refuse – it does not represent a legally binding contract. Whilst we will do our best to fulfill your order (once it is accepted), we cannot guarantee to do so (for example, where we are out of stock, or where your card issuer refuses to authorize your payment). Your offer is accepted by us and becomes binding only when the order has shipped and has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! We ship to several international destinations, like Europe, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Japan and China. To find out if we ship to your country, reach the checkout page and you will see rates quoted. If not, reach out and we may be able to ship to you.
International orders ship via DHL Express, UPS or USPS. These rates are quoted on the checkout page.
Typical shipping time for international orders is 5 days - 2 weeks, and it will depend on the final destination and shipping service selected. All import duty and taxes are paid by the customer. Remember, the shipping fee is ONLY for shipping and does not include any duty or taxes charged by the destination country - these are handled by and billed by your country and we are not able to assist in this process. MIRTH does not collect VAT, duty or taxes for international orders, so these fees will be charged separately by the destination country. MIRTH does not get involved with duty, VAT and taxes outside of the USA in any way, including in cases of shipping issues or returns. We recommend researching these fees for your country before placing an order as they can be expensive.
All international orders are final sale.
For international orders that ship via trackable USPS, MIRTH is not liable for the package once it has left USPS's possession and changed into the hands of the post in the receiver's country.
If Products are returned to us by the delivery company because of trouble delivery to the address given on your order, we will issue you with a refund for the Products but reserve the right to retain any costs incurred in arranging for the delivery and return of the Product. Shipping fees are not refundable.
All risk in the Products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the Products) shall pass to the customer when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. MIRTH shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver Products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Do you offer package protection?
MIRTH does not offer package protection; however, we have partnered with Route to offer low cost shipping insurance as an option at checkout. If you choose to add Route package protection to your order during checkout, you can quickly file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Route's terms and conditions are listed here. What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?
If you purchased Route package protection, please click here to file a claim with Route.
If you did not purchase Route package protection with your order and your package is missing, please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. MIRTH is not responsible for missing packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier, and we are not able to offer refunds or credits for lost, damaged or stolen packages. We strongly encourage shipping to a secure location to avoid potential issues. MIRTH cannot reimburse or re-ship orders that were misdelivered or stolen from a property; this is the carrier's responsibility.
