Summertime Snacks: Spring Rolls

Spring rolls have always felt daunting to make, but let this beautiful Alison Wu recipe be your encouragement to try them - easier than you think, kinda feels like a craft project, and the perfect meal when it's hot outside. Don't skimp on the edible flowers! We added garlic and salt to the sauce (because we add that to everything) and used kelp noodles instead of vermicelli (you can find them at the grocery store). YUM.
