the yarns in this fabric are spun by hand and then the fabric is woven on a handloom by weavers in rural india. this style of handmade cotton fabric is called khadi, a traditional indian fabric that gives a lofty and soft feel. the fabric is then blockprinted by hand by master printers in bagru, india. drips and print imperfections show the handmade quality and are part of the beauty.
